EC-M1066 : Using Anchor Firms to Improve Market Access for Micro and Small Enterprises in R

The project¿s general goal is to promote sustainable inclusive business between SMEs and anchor companies in Quito. MIF contribution will help to: (i) Strength the capacities to identify commercial opportunities (SMEs and anchor companies); (ii) Assist SMEs during the design and implementation phase of business models; (iii) Facilitate finance access to SMEs, specially to develop innovative processes; (iv) To develop training programs according to the labor market needs; and (v) Train SMEs to strength their capacity of organization. It is estimated that through this project 750 SMEs will increase their incomes through their participation in 6 value chains.
