Support for the Development of Agricultural Public Services in Ecuador
Support the development of public agricultural services in Ecuador to enhance the competitiveness of the sector and agricultural exports. Specific Objectives: 1. Improve the productivity and sustainability of agri-food systems and ensure food security and climate resilience by increasing research, innovation, and technology transfer capacity. 2. Enhance phytosanitary, zoosanitary, and food safety services to ensure both the exportable supply and the domestic consumption of safe food in its primary production phase, through the expansion of laboratory analytical capacity, the implementation of service automation, and the adoption of new technologies in information systems.
