EC-L1281 : Housing solutions for poor and vulnerable population

The general objective of the sectoral CCLIP is to expand the access of Ecuadorian households in housing deficit and in a situation of poverty or vulnerability, to affordable, sustainable and universally accessible social housing in families that require it; both in urban and rural areas. In addition, strengthen the Government's capacity to generate and implement long-term housing policies. The SPECIFIC OBJECTIVEs of this operation are: (i) Reduce the quantitative housing deficit of the low-income population and/or conditions of vulnerability and priority attention, prioritizing households headed by women, people with disabilities, native peoples and the migrant population with considerations of climate change and socio-cultural adaptation; (ii) reduce the qualitative housing deficit of the low-income population and/or conditions of vulnerability and priority attention*, prioritizing households headed by women, people with disabilities, native peoples and the migrant population with considerations of climate change and socio-cultural adaptation; (iii) Improve the efficiency of the administration through institutional strengthening with special attention to the strengthening of information systems.
