The proposed project seeks to contribute to improving small farmer¿s income through a value chain model with Inalproces, which is a small Ecuadorian exporting firm of Andean Gourmet Snacks. The purpose is to establish a model for sustainable supplier development to strengthen the relationship between the links of the chain from the production, gathering, processing and marketing of nontraditional products.
