The specific objectives are (i) to increase the coverage, efficiency, and equity of active labor market policies, including strengthening the public employment service and services for priority attention groups (including women, youth, and migrants); (ii) improve the quality and relevance of professional training; (iii) expand and strengthen the certification of competencies.
