Design and define the governance framework for digital transformation within the Ministry of Public Administration of the Dominican Republic and modernize the structure of IT departments

The overall objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to support the Government of the Dominican Republic in improving the organization and operational instruments of Digital Administration. This objective will be achieved through the institutional design and definition of the functions of a governance body for the digital transformation of the national public sector, in which all relevant ministries and agencies will be represented. It will also be achieved through the optimization and adaptation of information technology departments.
