Design and define the governance framework for digital transformation within the Ministry of Public Administration of the Dominican Republic and modernize the structure of IT departments.

The overall objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to support the Government of the Dominican Republic in improving the organization and operational instruments of Digital Government. This objective will be achieved through: (i) the institutional design and definition of the functions of a governance body for the digital transformation of the national public sector, with representation from all relevant ministries and agencies; and (ii) the optimization and modernization of information technology departments.
