The objective of this Technical Cooperation is to contribute to strengthening the governance and institutional capacities required for the effective implementation of a climate-resilient Integrated Coastal Zone Management (ICZM) model in the Dominican Republic, in support of the execution of operation DR-L1154 (Sustainable Coastal Management Project, Loan No. 5745/OC-DR), through the carrying out of strategic technical activities, the strengthening of public policy instruments, and the establishment of inter-institutional coordination mechanisms.
