Boosting Public-Private Collaboration to Strengthen Economic Integration in the Americas

The proposed technical cooperation aims to support the Dominican Republic in its role as the host country of the 10th Summit of the Americas, particularly by facilitating private sector participation and dialogue with governments throughout the preparatory process, during the Summit itself, and in the subsequent follow-up actions on the commitments made by the Heads of State. The overall objective is to strengthen public-private collaboration in the Summit of the Americas process and beyond, ensuring that the private sector serves as a driver of economic integration and contributes to the formulation of public policies that foster economic growth. This effort will be aligned with the interventions of the Inter-American Development Bank and national governments.
