Boosting the digital capabilities of public services in the Dominican Republic

The objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to support the strengthening and acceleration of the digital transformation of public services in the Dominican Republic through the development of a solid institutional framework, the modernization of technological infrastructure, and the improvement of digital skills. Specifically, it seeks to: (i) diagnose the current state of digital transformation; (ii) strengthen the institutional framework and regulatory framework for the digitalization of public services; and (iii) support the implementation of digital tools to improve the efficiency and accessibility of government services.
