The main objective of this TC is to develop a sustainable technical and financial mechanism for the restoration, and monitoring of coral reefs in DR. This mechanism will integrate awareness campaigns, technical analyses, financing strategy design, pilot testing, and effectiveness evaluations to ensure its efficiency, continuity, and scalability.
