Support to the First Future and Green Skills Council for the development of a talent pipeline to drive sustainable and future jobs.

The overall objective is to develop two pilot models of Sectoral Skills Councils of the Future, aimed at strengthening the supply of skilled labor in strategic sectors linked to climate change and technological transformation, in alignment with the Dominican Republic's new productive and sustainable strategy to double its GDP.More specifically, the TC will seek to: (i) contribute to the creation of a mechanism for the identification of skills required by productive sectors; and (ii) support the expansion of training opportunities for the country's present and future talent.
