Support for the structuring of the Care Communities pilot and the offer of care services for people in situation of dependency
The objective is to support the design and implementation of the "Communities of Care" Pilot Program in the municipalities of Azua, Santo Domingo Este and Bánica. In particular, this TC aims at developing tools and studies to strengthen the design of the Network of Caregivers and the referral and counter-referral system in Care Communities; the definition of the supply of personal services and the strengthening of existing care services for dependent older adults; as well as the adaptation of platforms for simulation of the impact of the proposed interventions and interactive analysis of information on the demand and supply of care for people in situations of dependency; and the analysis of sustainable financing schemes.
