Technical Cooperation (TC) proposal is aligned with the Bank's Country Strategy with the Dominican Republic from 2013 to 2016 (GN-2748), whose strategic objective in the sector is to support the country in expanding coverage of early education focused on strata poorest. The operation also contributes to the goals set in the Ninth Capital Increase (GCI-9) (AB-2764), and is part of the Strategy on Social Policy for Equity and Productivity Bank (GN-2588-3 ).
