Position the subject of early childhood and early childhood development in the public Agenda (Agenda setting).Educate key stakeholders (Government, Civil society, business community, media) to support and engage actively in the QEC Plan (Quisqueya starts with you). To facilitate the knowledge of international practice of AIPI (comprehensive early childhood care) to improve the design and implementation of Plan QEC. Create a space for realization of opportunities for cooperation between the QEC Plan and plans and similar programmes in Lac.
