DR-T1104 : Support for the Early Childhood Strategy

This TC proposes to provide technical support to the Government for the models of attention, management and regulation of the Quisqueya Begins with You Program. Special emphasis will be placed on setting up a solid information, monitoring system; ensuring the articulation of the early childhood strategy with the existing education, health and nutrition systems; development and training of sector professionals; and supporting the institutional strengthening of the entities responsible for coordinating the early childhood strategy.
