The TC objective is to support MEPYD's Vice Ministry of Planning in: (a) establishing a National Cargo and Logistics Observatory; (b) fulfill obligations to which DR compromised in the framework of the Regional Technical Transport Commission of "Proyecto Mesoamérica" to conform a Regional Cargo and Logistics Observatory; and (c) strengthen the Infrastructure, Transport and Logistic Unit to create within MEPYD knowledge on transport economics.
