The objectives are: ii) carry out the feasibility analysis of the plan to improve the operational efficiency of CORAASAN, ii) prepare the detailed designs of the works to be financed through loan DR-L1057, iii) prepare the technical, environmental, institutional, financial and social justification of the loan operation, and iv) prepare the Energy Efficiency Plan for CORAASAN.
