The objective will be achieved through the preparation of an Integral Master Plan for SWM (IMPSWM) for the Inter-municipal Area of Great Santo Domingo that will set the basis for a rapid infrastructure investment operation. The IMPSWM will include the identification and prioritization of a set of candidate sites to build a new final disposal facility that will guarantee an environmental and economic sustainable final disposal practice for the metropolitan area.
