Monitoring and Evaluation System for Habitat Programs
The specific objectives of the TC are: (a) to develop and test the methodologies to effectively monitor and evaluate the execution of habitat programs; (b) to provide training for Housing Policy Unit staff to carry out monitoring of programs and coordinate evaluation activities; and (c) to collect baseline information to support the evaluation activities related to the Multi-Phase Low/Moderate-Income Habitat Program.
