DR-M1029 : Extension of financial services to small enterprises

The general objective of the project is the expansion of small enterprise (SE) financing in the Dominican Republic. Its purpose is to strengthen the institutional capacity of Banco Santa Cruz S.A. to significantly expand its SE financing operations. The project will support BSC to develop new financing products; to improve the credit methodologies and processes, to train the credit analysis and sales forces; and to develop tools for the credit process oriented to SE financing. For these activities, the project will finance the provision technical assisance and training services.
