The overall objective of the CCLIP and of the first operation is to improve the productivity and competitiveness of the Dominican economy. The specific objectives of the first operation are: (i) to improve the service levels of transport infrastructure; (ii) to enhance the climate resilience of critical and vulnerable infrastructure; and (iii) to improve the management of transport infrastructure assets.
