Formalization and Productivity Improvement Program in the Dominican Republic II
The objective of the program and this second operation is to boost productivity in the Dominican Republic by: (i) extending the scope of financial intermediation; (ii) improving the business climate and productive development and innovation policies; and (iii) improving social security policies and incentives for work in the formal sector. This is the second of two consecutive loan operations that are technically linked but financed independently under the programmatic policy-based loan modality
