DR-L1073 : Support of the consolidation of health and social security sector

(i) Implementing the separation of the functions of rectory and provision of the health sector; (ii) restructuring of the Dominican Institute of Social Security (IDSS); (iii) supporting the management by results of the health sector; (iv) eliminating the Contributive-Subsidized scheme; (v) defining the Dominican Government's priorities in the health sector within a ten-year franework; (vi) implementing an integrated health information system linking all subsystems and levels of care for supporting decision-making; (vii) strengthening the mechanisms for monitoring and control of labor regulations; (viii) enforcing the targeting mechanisms for the subsidized regime.
