The objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to strengthen the technical, operational, and analytical capacities of the Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad (ICE) to: (i) improve the management, availability, and sustainability of the public charging infrastructure for electric vehicles; and (ii) support the evaluation, prioritization, and planning of investments in electricity infrastructure, in the context of the growing electrification of Costa Rica's economy.
