The effects of physical and digital infrastructure and trade facilitation interventions at borders

The objective of the Technical Cooperation (TC) is to finance the impact evaluation of operation CR-L0166, "Costa Rica Border Integration Program." The purpose of the study is to analyze the direct and indirect impact of improvements at border crossings, assessing both the immediate effects on operational efficiency and the reduction of trade costs, as well as the broader implications in terms of economic integration, regional competitiveness, and productive development. Proposal submitted and approved by DEIF (D3773).
