Building an adequate ecosystem for AI development and deployment in Costa Rica

The main purpose of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to support the implementation of the National Artificial Intelligence Strategy of Costa Rica, published in October 2024. In particular, the TC will (i) assess the need for high-performance computing in the country; (ii) implement an AI accelerator for the public sector; (iii) build AI capacities among entrepreneurs; and (iv) support the design and implementation of the OECD AI Toolkit
