Knowledge Exchange about Small Business Development Center

The objective of the TC is to conduct a technical visit of three DIGEPYME officials, two INA officials related to the SME theme, four members of the academy and one member of the private sector to El Salvador and Chile to learn about the experiences and best practices of the operations of CONAMYPE and SERCOTEC. Likewise, a visit will be made by two CONAMYPE officials to Costa Rica for knowledge transfer and the information system that has been designed by CONAMYPE, based on the Neoserra system that uses the network of centers in the United States and that was designed in order to capture information about the accompaniment, assistance and support given to each company attended and in turn monitor indicators of business impact, including sales and employment.
