The overall objective of the proposed TC is to support the achievement of corporate goals of AyA by strengthening its business management system through the development of a strategic project management; the design and implementation of an improved governance system, and the implementation of a performance evaluation tool like the Balanced Score Card and the alignment of the management model based on this tool; and the design and implementation of a internal communications management plan to facilitate the institucional strengthening process.
