Second Renewable Energy, Transmission and Distribution of Electricity Program

The general objective of this second Program is to contribute to a more reliable, efficient, and sustainable electricity supply. The specific objectives are: (i) to restore the operational availability and efficiency of the PHVG; (ii) to improve the reliability of the transmission network; and (iii) to increase the efficiency of the public lighting system managed by ICE.
