Support program for strengthening and expanding the national care system.

The objective of the program is to improve the well-being of dependent care populations as well as the living conditions of caregivers through: (i) strengthening the institutional framework of SINCA by fostering joint action among its constituent institutions; and (ii) enhancing the coverage and quality of dependency care services and caregiving support, benefiting women caregivers and promoting a more equitable distribution of caregiving responsibilities between genders.
