Juan Santamaria International Airport Expansion
The Sponsors are seeking financing to (i) partially refinance the debt of the Borrower pre-dating the new Sponsors and pay the costs resulting from the acquisition of the rights to operate the Airport under a management contract (¿the Contract¿) with Civil Aviation Technical Council (CETAC or ¿the Granting Authority¿); and (ii) carry out the first two expansion phases of the Airport (together, ¿the Project¿).
