To achieve this objective, the following outcomes are expected: i. Strengthen the institutional and political capacity of indigenous peoples to exercise their right to self-determination, articulate their governance with the State and other actors, and protect their territories through their own normative frameworks. ii. Operationalize the Living Cultural Houses (LCH) as trifunctional community spaces that integrate the transmission of arts, traditional crafts, and the management of bio-enterprises, the commercialization of artisanal and chagra-based products, and local gastronomy — bridging the preservation of indigenous cultural heritage with the generation of sustainable livelihoods for their communities. iii. Articulate traditional knowledge with contemporary conservation tools, positioning indigenous peoples as strategic agents — and not merely beneficiaries — of conservation and restoration strategies in the Colombian Amazon.
