Institutional and technological strengthening for the implementation of employment policies in Colombia

The objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to support the Ministry of Labor (MoL) and the Special Administrative Unit of the Public Employment Service (UAESPE) in strengthening their institutional capacities for the adoption, consolidation, and effective use of technological tools required for the implementation of employment and social security policies in Colombia. The TC will provide technical assistance to develop diagnostics, action plans, and institutional strengthening measures aimed at improving governance, coordination, and the sustainability of information systems supporting employment services, labor inspection, and pension oversight.
