Support for the digital transformation agenda
The overall objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to support the Government of Colombia in consolidating digital transformation at both the national and subnational levels. The specific objectives are: (i) to strengthen information governance and promote the adoption of new technologies at the national and subnational levels; and (ii) to support the development of technical and operational capacities to address a digital transformation agenda at both the national and subnational levels.
