Technical support for the development of public policy tools on climate change in Cartagena de Indias

Support the strengthening of climate resilience in the District of Cartagena de Indias and its island areas by generating updated technical information on risks associated with climate change and emission sources, strengthening institutions, fostering community participation, and disseminating knowledge. The results of this TC are expected to serve as inputs for updating the 4C Plan and integrating climate adaptation and mitigation actions into the territorial management of the District of Cartagena.
