Institutional Strengthening and Strategic Dialogue in the Transport Sector in Colombia

The objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to strengthen strategic dialogue in the transport sector through the development of technical inputs, regulatory analyses, and stakeholder engagement mechanisms that will lead to a roadmap for regulatory and institutional modernization. The TC will contribute to improving sector governance, facilitating the participation of the private sector and academia, and laying the groundwork for mobilizing public and private investment in strategic projects.
