Support the Design of the Cartagena Flood Control Program

The overall objective of this Non-Reimbursable Technical Cooperation (TC) is to contribute to the effective implementation and expansion of the impact of the Water, Sanitation, and Drainage Program for Cartagena de Indias (CO-L1316). The first specific objective of this TC is (i) to strengthen the operational and institutional capacity of the Cartagena Tourist and Cultural District for the effective implementation of the Program by strengthening technical, financial, and operational capacities, and assisting in the preparation of complementary projects with climate finance potential. The second objective of this TC is (ii) to increase the impact of the Program through the design of complementary interventions in the areas of municipal solid waste (MSW) management and sustainable mobility.
