Support for the Territorial Public Investment Strengthening Program

To support the implementation of Component 2 of the credit operation, which focuses on strengthening Findeter's institutional capacity as a territorial national development bank (BND) to address the specific needs of territorial entities with limited capacity, particularly those located in the Colombian Amazon, tools, guides, training processes, and technological solutions will be developed. These will integrate cross-cutting and differentiated approaches for municipalities with limited institutional capacity in the internal processes of project structuring, evaluation, and monitoring. Furthermore, innovative mechanisms will be promoted to improve the identification, grouping, and systematization of public investment projects in Amazonian territorial entities.
