Technical cooperation for the structuring of urban and infrastructure projects related to habitat, building reuse, and housing generation

This technical cooperation (TC) aims to facilitate the structuring of catalytic urban projects in the main cities of Colombia, associated with habitat, building reuse, and housing generation through: (i) the development of land renewal activities in selected urban areas; (ii) the approval of new urban development and infrastructure projects by homeowners' associations; and (iii) analyzing the technical and financial prefeasibility to develop projects prioritized by local authorities, in accordance with the goals in the Development Plans and Territorial Ordinance Plans (POT).
