Innovative Instruments to Foster Energy Efficiency in SMEs in Colombia

The project's objective is to facilitate SME access to the market for specialized EE financial and technical services, and to enable them to invest in measures that reduce energy costs and lower GHG emissions. The objective will be achieved by supporting the development of ESCOs market in Colombia thanks to an innovative financing mechanism for small scale EE projects (the "EE Projects").
