Quantifying female demand for flexible working hours in the labor market in Bogotá
The aim of this technical cooperation (TC) is to help close the existing knowledge gap, to inform the design of public policies that encourage female labor participation. For this purpose, an intervention in Colombia whose objective is to understand the impact of flexibilization in labor contracts for female participation, will be evaluated experimentally. Specifically, it is sought to estimate the impact of offering flexible jobs hours to women of low socioeconomic status in Bogotá in their decisions to participate in the labor market.
