Support for the consolidation of a climate change agenda for the MHCP

Operation's Objectives of this TC are: (i) To identify, define and prioritize relevant areas of works between climate change and finance and then build an agenda inside the MHCP and related to thematic sectors; (ii) Training for management and technical team whose tasks are highly related to climate change; and (iii) to develop technical and policy analysis as a basis to define strategies and lines of action for the Ministry of Finance related to climate change.
