Contribute to: i) develop prefeasibility studies and advanced alternatives for regulation of dams for water supply for the city of Cali and flood control in the urban area of the basin of the river Melendez, South of the city of Cali, ii) develop the pre-feasibility and feasibility studies for regulating the use of the basins of the rivers multipurpose reservoirs Claro Jamundi, Bolo, Mediacanoa, Guadalajara, Tulua and Bugalagrande iii) specialized development of the studies of pre-feasibility and feasibility for regulating the use of multipurpose reservoirs.
