CO-T1389 : Institutional Strengthening of the Contralor General of the Republic to improve

The objective of this technical cooperation is to improve the management and transparency of public expenditure in Colombia through the strengthening of fiscal control. Specifically, this TC seeks to: 1) strengthen fiscal control and fraud and corruption prevention, through the design of the Public Expenditure Observatory; 2) reinforce the focus on Results-Oriented Risk Management in the strategic processes of the CGR (Contralor General of the Republic); and 3) support the adoption of standards and good practices that allow to harmonize the practices of the CGR with the main current international regulations.
