Program to encourage community participation in municipalities with Afro-descend

The program seeks to support the creation of a municipal network (for 40 communities) with significant afrodescendant communities in Latin America and the Caribbean and improve the interaction of these governments with their communities through new social participation instuments (blogs, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and the administration of public networks, private and others). In order to impact local development and exchange of best practices in social, economic and cultural communities of African descent.
