CO-T1309 : Market Study and Colombian Sustainble Energy Finance Program (C-SEF) Coordinatio

The objective of this Technical Cooperation is to develop a market study to support the preparation of the investments that will be part of both the Colombian Sustainable Energy Finance Program (C-SEF) and the Program to be implemented with Bancoldex. The study will perform a comprehensive assessment of the energy efficiency market in Colombia, comparing it with relevant international experiences and including aspects such as the institutional and legal framework, investment environment, contracting schemes, and barriers and lessons learned, among others. Additionally the TC will provide additional human and economical resources to facilitate the coordination of the several tasks to be performed for the C-SEF Program preparation and implementation.
