Innovation in the Services of Official Postal Operator
The general objective of the TC is to support the modernization of 4-72, by improving the diversity, efficiency and reach of its financial and shipping services through technological and business model innovation. The specific objectives of the project are: (i) to improve the financial services provided by 4-72, through revising existing processes and identifying opportunities for additional products and (ii) to design a model for a monitoring and control center for mail delivery.
