INCOME GENERATION AND RURAL FINANCE THROUGH COMMUNITY GROUPS

The project objective is to improve the incomes and quality of life of the rural population living in extreme poverty in five departments of Colombia (Nariño, Cauca, Chocó, Bolívar, and La Guajira). The purpose is to expand the offering of microfinance services in rural areas, increasing the coverage of those services for low-income rural populations living below the extreme poverty line.
