Support to Low Income Housing Program of Fundación Mario Santo Domingo
This TC will support activities related to a project in social housing funded by an IDB loan (CO-L1062). The proposed technical cooperation's objectives are: (i) To support the design and implementation of 4 cooperatives that will manufacture building materials (mainly bricks). These cooperatives will be owned and operated by the beneficiaries of a housing program (the "Project") to be implemented by Fundación Mario Santo Domingo ("FMSD"). (ii) to provide consultancy services from a Korean expert in development and implementation of cooperatives.
