Competitiveness in the Informal Sector of Colombia, Gender and Social Inclusion

The general objective of the consultancy is to define the business informality, as in the conceptual definition as in the description in Colombia, studying its causes, its composition by gender, ethnic group, race or another situation of vulnerability like to be disabled, young or displaced person, its general effects and to measure it in Colombia to generate a "position paper" that permits the Bank, and especially the team who is devising the EBP, to present action lines as in the economic/business plan as in reduction of poverty and improvement of the equality with equity of gender and promoting the social inclusion. The results of this study, at the same time, will be able to be integrated to the development of the project accounts in the business development sector, competitiveness and social business of the Bank with Colombia.
